PICK-UP
Customers opting for pickup can collect their orders from:

Pickup is available during the following hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Orders must be placed and confirmed before pickup.
When arriving for pickup, please provide your order confirmation number and a valid ID.
Our staff will assist you in locating and loading your order into your vehicle.
Please inspect your order upon pickup to ensure accuracy and quality.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
At SDR Motorsport, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy outlined below:
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom or special order items are not eligible for return unless they are deemed defective or damaged.
If a received product is not as stated, defective or damaged, please contact us. If you can provide satisfactory evidence that the product has a major fault you may reject the product and seek a refund or exchange. In the event of a return, you will be liable for the cost of return delivery.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If a debit or credit card was used, then the cardholder and the same card must be present to complete the transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for change of mind, or if you incorrectly ordered.
